Pen to Paper

Pen to paper it begins;
with a thought that will never end.
It seems my mind can't stop moving,
but a love of writing keeps me cruising.

Pen to paper it's still going strong;
the plot thickens; the antagonist is wrong.
It seems my hero is caught up,
and I need to fill my coffee cup.

Pen to paper, it's about to end;
Maybe this one to the publisher I'll send.
It seems I actually had something to say,
and its time for bed; tomorrow's a new day.
